Goods Spring
Furniture Delivery Guide
A clear path from order to room
Goods Spring applies its no-more-than-seven-business-day catalog standard only when current supplier processing plus carrier-transit evidence supports the selected item and eligible destination. The timing shown for a product is an estimate tied to its route, stock and variant—not a blanket nationwide carrier guarantee.
Before ordering
- Choose the exact finish, size, set or configuration shown on the product page.
- Use the Furniture Measuring Guide for the room and access route.
- Confirm that the item is shown as available. Supplier inventory can change before order acceptance.
- For a date-sensitive purchase, use the Goods Spring Contact page and include the product, variant and destination postal code before checkout.
- Review the delivery handoff level shown for the exact item and eligible address on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Standard delivery excludes stairs, carry-in, room placement, assembly, anchoring and packaging removal unless a purchased service expressly includes it.
Timing and tracking
The total estimate combines supplier processing and carrier transit. An item with 1–2 business days processing and 1–3 business days transit is typically estimated at two to five business days total. Business-day counting follows the Shipping & Delivery Policy, including the order cutoff and holiday treatment.
Tracking numbers may activate at different times. Multi-piece furniture can travel in more than one carton, and one carton can arrive before another. Compare the carton count with the available product or delivery information. Do not schedule assembly around the first carton unless every required package has been confirmed.
Prepare the property
Clear the agreed route and protect fragile objects. Secure pets and provide any access code or building instruction through the approved contact channel. Confirm loading areas, elevator reservations and delivery-hour restrictions in advance. Do not ask a carrier to provide an unpurchased service.
On arrival
When practical and safe, inspect the outer packaging before the carrier leaves. Note obvious damage, photograph the carton and labels, and count all packages. Keep packaging and hardware until inspection and assembly are complete.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, use the Goods Spring Contact page promptly and include the order number and useful photographs. Do not arrange an unapproved paid return. Customer remedies follow the order terms, the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Address or access changes
Check the address before order submission. A change may be impossible after fulfillment begins, and rerouting large furniture can create added cost or delay. Contact us immediately if something changes. Tell us about restricted access before purchase so the service can be assessed.
